Okay, we won't have them in the SP Shop. There will still be Raw Day/Week. I'm thinking sometime in August... it's a pretty empty month. Maybe the second week of August.

I definitely would prefere they Raw pet day. xD It's usually way too difficult to get SP if one isn't very talented at drawing, and I don't think that the raw pets should be super difficult to get. D:

Let's break it down:
Sp Shop = BAD for about 90+% of the users.
Premium Shop=Doable though still keeping it rare enough. I dig for a geode every day and it still takes me awhile to earn the points myself to get anything in there so it seems fair enough, Luck + dedication that equals an eventual result is much easier to deal with than something you may never earn like SP.

Though Raw Pet/week is still better and keeps people interested since they want to wait to make something like it eventually. Though admittedly, I'm not interested in any of the Raw Pets so far. I made one Woolith, don't want anymore and none of the others are overly interesting to me.
Here's to hoping for the next Raw Pet to be something more interesting to my fancies. 83

Please read: I think SP is hard enough to come by as it is. I don't know the average amount of SP per active player, but the only time I seem to manage to get some is for scav which is now reduced to once a year. It's also already hard to find premades for some raw pets and I doubt the demand will just so much that they will become easily accessible without commissioning someone (which is already hard enough to do). I think if you do release a special set of custom makers, it would also be nice to do a Raw Pet Day... 24 hours is not much to submit designs, and I think it's nice for those of us who don't have art skills or a lot of SP to be able to send in pets we might have missed out on during the year.

I feel like such a Noob... I have finished a Coloration of this lovely pet... But I don't know where I can get a Raw pet crystal. I'm pretty confused about alot of things on this site.... the News speak of items that i don't even know of where I get them :C
I've been fighting so hard to learn things on my own.. I got the basic-BASIC things down.. I just want to know where the flip do I find some things :/ It's never clear for me.
just for now.. where do I find a Raw pet crystal?

Linnet said premium shop, I thought great idea. Even though not everyone has premium, enough users have premium and a continual supply of premium points that they would be available to all users (at least possible to attain).
Eyes said not raw pets, but SP only species. I thought great idea. I don't think raw pets should go in the SP shop, but if there were an SP only species (preferably only one or two...) I would be more motivated to get SP (like I was before LBP was taken out).

I like the idea of a seperate item for retired pets, however, I don't think they should be in the SP shop. There's not many users who have a substantial amount of SP, and those that do, are likely saving for a pendant, or some other big ticket item.

Oh my gosh, I really hope you have Raw Pet Day/Week. :/ I bought a Raw Blue Crystal in anticipation, I have a design all lined up, and I even bought a "mate" for the Plio design I'm going to make on Raw Pet Day. I'd be heartbroken if I couldn't make it because it was instead only creatable through some SP shop thing (I have 2 SP and not likely to get any more, plus whatever SP I had was used for for Hybrids already, so why does there need to be another use for SP?). Raw Crystal Day is the fairest way to ensure everyone gets a chance at retired designs (at least once a year) and also follows in the great Aywas tradition of being the kind of site that stands up for the little guy, instead of the kind of site that caters to elitists. Plus, Raw Crystal Day (something I've been looking forward to for months now) would help keep Raw Crystals in demand, and isn't that in the best interests the site (a.k.a. the GP shop)?
