Portal

Site Update

It was solved. Good job. The portal will open at midnight...

You find a portal has opened in the rock in the Arctic.

It requires a password.

HINT: You have to get a four digit number out of the riddle, then you need to put that somewhere... there are two obvious solutions, and one is correct - and when you're correct, you'll see the tag on the page!

The first ten people to post the portal's password will be rewarded richly, and others can follow those groundbreaking individuals into Ara.

They could at least HINT as to what the content could be, or which direction it is read in ._.

Maybe the last symbol is an 'I'? So, in theory, the first word could be 'In'

The password could be the word that finishes the sentence.

If the last symbol is "I", that still makes no sense. Who would end a sentence in "I"?

@Amber/Magic: If it is Cryptology.Cryptography, usually you have to try to figure out which symbols represent which letters by looking at similarities throughout it and deciding whether or not certain letters would be appropriate in certain places.

Maybe it's backwards, so that would make 'I' the first letter?

Fourth symbol from the top left looks like it probably is a vowel.
