Pets
Go to the TOS, review them, and ensure you are aware of them. I would like to bring attention especially to the newly established TOS Point 2 and 3. Point 11, 12, and 13 have been modified as well.
I am going to take the time to mention that Aywas is and forever will be a private website. You are a guest on this website, and just like if you were a guest in someone's house, you may be asked to leave for any reason. Obviously, we're trying to have fun here, so this shouldn't be a problem -- but keep it in mind.
In addition, this is not a website for children. This site caters to the older crowd who enjoy pet sites. Regardless, it has now been decreed that any explicit material is now outlawed and any user found posting any material of this nature will be immediately and permanently banned.
Anyone who encounters any explicit material or illegal behavior on this website should report it directly to a moderator (those are the users with green names and green posts) such that the perpetrator can be immediately and permanently banned.

I'm actually glad those rules in the ToS were rewritten. After reading on of your own replies on a certain topic, I did think that some of them needed to be fixed *gives a sagely nod, then gets hit in the head with berry nuts* x.x

But... the question of what's illegal and not illegal to talk about is very, very vague. x; In some places, gay marriage is illegal while it is legal here. Same goes for prostitution- it is legal in some places, and certain drugs are legal in some places while not in others. Same goes for the age someone is allowed to drink at, what women are allowed to do/wear (in certain cases) ect, ect...
Just what country's legality are we talking about? And if two adults discuss their characters having graphic sexual intercourse in a PM roleplay, is that legal if both characters are adults and consenting or what?
I mean, I know the laws in my country are different than the laws in another country. Will discussing something that's legal here but not legal in the states, (Back to the example of gay marriage), result in getting a ban?

There is no rule that's saying you can't DISCUSS something. The rule says you can't post EXPLICIT MATERIAL or illegal material.

MandarinSpice: I don't think random is quite the word XD I think he means that if you are causing a great distress on the community, you may be asked to leave. To me it sounds more like a warning and you can either be adult about it and stop or leave, or face banishment for being a huge pain in the butt.
