Public broadcast start!
Due to it coming up, it is important to let all of you know that you may not commission artwork for SCCs or customs outside of Aywas.com, nor may you sell someone else's artwork who is not an Aywas.com member as an SCC, custom, or SCC base.
The only exception is if the original artist contacts us at [email protected] and informs us that they agree to our Terms of Service and transfer full rights to the image(s) to us, as per our TOS.

I have a pet design with a thread currently in the Design Copyright Forum board for a single personal use Garu custom based on the NoFace (R. Impersonalis) specie created by Dorosheva-E of DeviantART, for which I've already gotten permission from the original artist to use the NoFace mask. Will these rules effect how I should properly submit this design (or if I can at all)?

Thanks for the clarification. I'll just have to convince my friend to join up or send the email if he ever does the custom for me that he was going to do.

Chimera, if you could forward us (to the email provided) the permission from the artist, that would be great. However this particular news post refers to artwork commissioned/gained outside of Aywas, where an artist has not agreed to our TOS.

Oo this actually confuses me a bit, does this mean that you can not pay for commissions pet designs with virtual currency from other sites [like pets from another site for a design that you were made for this site.] granted the art work being sold would be your own of course and would be used on this ite. i actually had a question related to what I'm asking here in the help forum which was never answered that's why i am so confused XD.

Era - Yes, you can buy and sell SCC artwork for real life money on Aywas.
Soul - You can, if the transaction is happening here on Aywas, or the artist is an aywas member.
