We made a small adjustment to the cauldron to hopefully help with the custom distribution. You can now successfully turn in ingredients and claim a pet once every 48 hours. Let's give more people a chance, okay?
Approximately 15 pets will be put into the cauldron each day in groups of ~5 or so at sporadic times to try and balance their availability out amongst timezones.
The cauldron will go quiet after the 31st is over because we don't have enough pets to keep it open for a substantial amount of time after that, however, the Haunted House region will be available for at least a week into November, if not two, due to the downtime. When Yasu and I decide on a date, I will let you guys know so that you can plan ahead!

Oh god thank you ! It was sooo difficult trying to get a pet before XD I hope its a tiny bit easier now hehe. I would kill for a hybrid XD

I really appreciate these changes. It makes me actually want to participate now. With all the problems and lack of success I had already written this event off :( Thank you for making positive changes to give everyone a chance to have fun and get something special!

Happy with the rule, though I do wish it was more than 15 pets released through the day.
