Let's have a moment of silence for those who were lost ten years ago, and for how our world has changed.
I hope all of you remain safe today.

I was in sixth grade, and my Social Studies teacher turned on the news instead of starting the lesson and we saw the second plane hit the tower. My real mom helped transport the people that were saved to hospitals in the tri-state region. I hope those that didn't make it found peace.

I still remember watching it on TV and how terrified my family was. Praying that God keeps us all safe today <3

Although I was only 7 years old and was in the middle of my 2nd grade class, I still remember everything that was happening, even though I didn't understand what was going on. :( It sure was a scary time for us New Yorkers..

I remember the day very well - Watching it again and again on the news, and not quite believing what we were seeing was real, like some cruel April Fools'Joke.
I cant express how I feel today. My thoughts are truly with those who lost loved ones, those who were there and to the amazing selfless people who aided those in need at the time. <3

I was in college the day it happened, in upstate NY. All of the classes were cancelled, and almost the entire campus was crowded into the student union watching the news on the big TVs they had. It all seemed very unreal. My thoughts are with the families of those who were affected.

I can't remember it as I was eight but I'll take a minute to think of everyone effected by those events.
