Currently raffling a Bottled Starlight for Bottled Elemental Storms.
It kind of blows my mind how cheap this custom making item is, especially considering it's a rare...
Do you guys not like the pet or something? Is it too easy to get?

There's just not enough designs out there for them is all that people can afford. Scav gave out some epic ones, but they got snapped up right quick too. I bought my Bottled Elemental Storm cheap and am sitting on it until I can get a good design, I adore the pet to some degree but the swirly bits are not my fav.
I've only hit 50lvls twice, gotten the site colorations both times so its NOT easy to get unless you mass cook.

The bottle is rare enough =P The pet is totally awesome. The only reason its so plentiful is because people tend to have 10 or more cookers! XD

I adore cirrus, i've only actually gotten one bottle through cooking but of all the pet psds that clog up my desktop (all 8 icons) 6 are cirrus

I love it, I wouldn't call it EASY but that's because I'm busy and don't cook a lot. It probably is easy for those who cook all the time.

Some people haven't been able to get them yet, but that's the way things should be. A rare pet should be difficult to obtain--you should need either luck or hard work (either earning GP to buy one from someone else, or just the patience to cook over and over again). I think the Cirrus should be given out much more rarely, as there are obviously way more of them being given out than anyone has use for or wants. They should be scarce, people who want them shouldn't be able to get them immediately, they should need to work/save/etc.
It also suffers from the same design issues that just about every user-voted pet has: Too much stuff going on. The critter might look great as a 400x700 sketch in the artist's own style, but cram it into a 200x200 box and it becomes cluttered and hard to edit. Also, having too many added widgets is a pain. Not only do you spend half or more of your edit % removing all the unwanted bits, but you also have to draw in the pet's body underneath the removed parts. Not everyone has the skill to draw a good looking neck in under the mane (or whatever). There's a reason why the simplest pets--stuff like Melos, Linorms, Plios, Quetzals, etc--tend to be very popular.: They're a base that's easy to edit into whatever you please, be it a scene kid, a monster, a vampire, a dragon, a fairy, or an OC. The least popular pets tend to be the ones with a buttload of extra, overlapping body parts (many Ara pets and newer hybrids suffer from this issue).

Personally I like the design I've just not gotten any of them due to the need for so many expensive cooking items. I've not even gotten to one level 50 since you started giving them and the pre-mades out *shrugs*

I've only ever gotten one from cooking, the other I bought. Would love to have had some more, but been busy saving/buying other things and only won the single one cooking.
