Site Update
I just heard something interesting. Apparently, if you add the following user to your friends list, something cool will appear on the site for you to try out, before we make our final decision on releasing it..... Or something along those lines ;) Rumor has it, if you add this user to your friends list, you will be able to do a lot of cool things with the rest of your friends!
Something Awesome (#27037)
I know i've added this suspicious looking user myself ;) Why don't you give it a try!
If you are going to comment on this newspost, ensure you are respecting the amount of time this coder has put into the site already and this feature. Any disrespect will be met with a reminder or a warning. If you can't share your thoughts nicely and respectfully then refrain from posting.

*stares* While I appreciate the time our coder put into it. I am not interested in the feature at the least. Just hopefully you make it optional when you get it on the site. Its not you at all Rebel. Its just I don't like these types of features. Though it seems you did a really good job coding it. -Michi

Sorry. Was not trying to be disrespectful of Rebel or anything, I was just grrr cause all the lag and errors started right after this happened. I think people are upset mostly though cause we are in the nitty gritty of the scav hunt, and everyone knows that new features have bugs. That they are not perfect right when they are pushed out, NO one expects them to be perfect or have the site work perfectly around them right away. And people would of perfered this was tried after the scav hunt. I don't personally like it - I'm with all those who think its to social network/face book. Its a pet site, not that, but I hope if this feature is kept it will have a off button. Or a opt in button so we don't even have to shut it off if we don't care for it.

"By not not being so harsh, and actually encouraging our coders to do it." // I do not agree with this statement much... the site serves the users, and the users make up the avenue of profit for Slash to pay the coders and also receive profit. It is not really the users' responsibilities to make the coder want to do their job. Encouragement is a bonus for any employee, but technically it comes down to the fact that they are getting paid well for the skills they can put to use. If they do not put the skills to use in a way that satisfies the "customers" (not real customers, but the users that make Aywas the community that it is), it should be the employee's responsibility to adjust how they apply their skills. It sucks that coders may not want to code for us because of user complaints~ but users don't usually complain for no reason. Just food for thought, to those who are continuing to think about this issue.

Respectfully, I appreciate you trying new things, Rebel Networks, but this particular addition I do not like. I know lots of us would really appreciate it if you would fix some of the pre-existing problems on this site, since you've proven you're skillful enough to do it.
