Site Update
I just heard something interesting. Apparently, if you add the following user to your friends list, something cool will appear on the site for you to try out, before we make our final decision on releasing it..... Or something along those lines ;) Rumor has it, if you add this user to your friends list, you will be able to do a lot of cool things with the rest of your friends!
Something Awesome (#27037)
I know i've added this suspicious looking user myself ;) Why don't you give it a try!
If you are going to comment on this newspost, ensure you are respecting the amount of time this coder has put into the site already and this feature. Any disrespect will be met with a reminder or a warning. If you can't share your thoughts nicely and respectfully then refrain from posting.

The whole thing about treating coders with respect because of the fact that they are a "coder" is ridiculous. If someone is paid for a service, certain things are expected of them. If I'm hired to do a job with an expectation that what I do is to meet certain obligations and those obligations are not met, I shouldn't expect to get paid or at the very least, not expected to receive future employment. I figured that goes without saying but apparently I'm wrong.

Brmander, you're thinking under the assumption that coders are easily replaceable. They aren't. You lose one? You're screwed for months. Finding coders who are good enough, enthusiastic, and know how to work with a pet site is a RARE occurrence. Think of it like why Cuddy doesn't fire House - there are no good replacements. Coding isn't like washing dishes!

I'm not interested in attacking or abusing coders, I just can't--no, WON'T--be enthused about Facebook-y new features. Just my opinion. I'm pretty sure most people here are directing their negative comments towards the feature (and/or the problems being caused by it), not the individual bringing it to us.

I agree Slash. =/ Though, I'm just a nerd who has too many coders. Maybe the people who don't respect coders should be given a day in the coder's shoes.

I gotta agree with a few users here.. And what Slash said. You know, just because you don't like it, does not mean you have to dis what the coder worked hard to bring to our site. Insults are not called for. But, also, I agree with God, because a lot of the users that have been here for a long time (and some, like me, who have been here since day 1), would like to see some of the current glitches fixed. New features are nice and all, but a large majority of people would like to see current problems solved before more things are added.. A smoother running site = happier staff and users, in my opinion. o3o -Kovu

That's fair enough, God, and Rebel and Yasu both got a list of itemized glitches to fix. This treatment of Rebel's excitement over a new feature, however, is more likely to make a coder quit than take the suggestions. Always remember: they don't need us, we need them.

I don't use facebook personally, but its great what ya'll are doing. The site wouldn't be here without the awesome coders ^-^
