Something Interesting

Site Update

I just heard something interesting. Apparently, if you add the following user to your friends list, something cool will appear on the site for you to try out, before we make our final decision on releasing it..... Or something along those lines ;) Rumor has it, if you add this user to your friends list, you will be able to do a lot of cool things with the rest of your friends!

Something Awesome (#27037)

I know i've added this suspicious looking user myself ;) Why don't you give it a try!

If you are going to comment on this newspost, ensure you are respecting the amount of time this coder has put into the site already and this feature. Any disrespect will be met with a reminder or a warning. If you can't share your thoughts nicely and respectfully then refrain from posting.

That is an amazingly cool feature! Can't wait to see how it works once all the kinks are smoothed out :)

While I understand his enthusiasm for creating a new feature, I would hope that this negative feedback is taken into consideration. Many, many people would love to see some preexisting bugs fixed before these kinds of new features are introduced. I know it's been said before that coders cannot be forced to quickly attend to reported bugs... but there are things that have already gone without attention for many months. Such as the borked forum post colors, our scav prize from 6 months ago of having an orange post color, trophies, etc. As a long-time player of Aywas, my #1 priority for this site is to see some OLD problems get fixed before new features appear. That is my two-cents on this anyway.

Other sites can get it together so why can't this one?? Yes, mistakes are made ..but it seems as though they are made CONTINUOUSLY on here. There are ALWAYS coding problems and bugs..not just once in a while. I don't understand how they can take our money and not feel guilty about giving us a incredibly buggy site?? Why can't the pre-existing problems be fixed before they try to add new ones???? That would make more sense yes? AND..YES, If i messed up at work, my boss AND others would be very upset and I would get penalized for it. That's the way it works.

If there's no enthusiasm, and you guys attack or abuse them, NO coders will work for us even despite the offer of being paid fair wages. If you want things to be fixed, suggest them to the coders and, most importantly, treat them with respect or they will, I guarantee you because some have done this already, quit coding for us because of the nasty attitudes from the users. I don't know about you but I like actually having coders. Treat them well because they are a special commodity.
