If by "working normally" you mean "giving a blank page with an error code", then yeah, it certainly is doing that. :/

Mmm, sorry to burst the bubble, but it's not working for me. I just tried to join a team, and it took me to an error page, and no matter how I try to get back to before it gave me the error, it still won't go. :(
The error looks like this:
