All of your delicious custom item orders should now go to Visark #185.
If you have any custom items or item refills you are waiting on (UNLESS they were replied to as "assigned") please re-direct your PMs to Visark, who will fulfill your desires.
In the coming months we hope to add a feature that will allow us to automate this process. We want to expand your ability to edit the human avatars and allow you to submit custom bases, pick hex colors for the hair, and more or less streamline the customization experience for the HA.
