Items
It has so been decreed that plushes will remain in circulation for an additional month after their initial four week existence. After that four week period has passed, their SP reward in the Museum will be removed, but the item reward and the plushes will still be available for those who want to continue collecting.
This is in effect for Series 2 and onward.
You have THREE DAYS to put your Series 1 and Series 2 plushes in the collections before the SP reward is removed permanently for them. This leeway will not be in effect for Series 3, as it has two weeks to go.
Spense says:
Since I know you love hearing from me, I bear news - I have stocked Series 4 plushes in my shop. I have now made eighty plushes... and I am rather proud of myself, I might say.
Here are the plushes for this Series:
The prize for this Series' museum collection is:
As I am feeling rather nice (don't get used to it), the first twenty five people to comment on this news post can have a Series 4 Plush Box. I am now off to haunt some reapers and irritate them. Cheers!

The extra four weeks without SP is so that users who collect just to collect have a little more time to gather the full sets. For users that are trying to gain SP by collecting the plushies, nothing has changed. SP will only be available for the first four weeks after the series is released, once the SP is removed it will not be re-added. - Kyu

Yay! c: More time to collect! Does this mean series 2 plushes will restock in the shop? What about the boxes?

Truthfully I preferred the old way to this new way. Yes the plushes were only out for a month, but you had as long as other players had plushes for sale to save up and finish the collection and get SP. This puts far more pressure to finish collections quickly, and shuts new players out of the SP prizes for older ones. I'm grateful you're trying to find a solution that satisfies everyone, but I really wish you'd reconsider =/

Yes, I like this very much. I want to collect as many as possible, but I'm having a lot of trouble tracking down the R100s before they retire. And those who want the SP will still have the 4 weeks to earn it.

But a lot of people have to take longer than the initial four weeks to collect and buy plushes from other users, now they have less than four weeks, assuming it closes on time. I have friends who are now scrambling to get all the series 2 plushes in order to finish this set since suddenly they have a time limit. Talk about inflation, price of plushes is going to just go insane in the first four weeks now. You're making it harder for the people who collect for the museum because what, the personal collectors don't want to compete? Isn't that part of the game?

I don't see what the big deal is. There's always been a time-frame of 4 weeks for the SP. Why is it any shorter?

The SP reward gets removed because it was extended a month to allow collectors to collect. SP is only for the beginning four weeks. The items would have been out of circulation after that point in the original setup anyway so having SP or not after the four weeks is irrelevant.
