It has so been decreed that plushes will remain in circulation for an additional month after their initial four week existence. After that four week period has passed, their SP reward in the Museum will be removed, but the item reward and the plushes will still be available for those who want to continue collecting.
This is in effect for Series 2 and onward.
You have THREE DAYS to put your Series 1 and Series 2 plushes in the collections before the SP reward is removed permanently for them. This leeway will not be in effect for Series 3, as it has two weeks to go.
Spense says:
Since I know you love hearing from me, I bear news - I have stocked Series 4 plushes in my shop. I have now made eighty plushes... and I am rather proud of myself, I might say.

As I am feeling rather nice (don't get used to it), the first twenty five people to comment on this news post can have a Series 4 Plush Box. I am now off to haunt some reapers and irritate them. Cheers!

*headdesk* Aaaaaand I stand no chance of getting a Bara plush to complete series 1, so so much for finally getting some more SP. :P Ho hum. *gives up and just admires the pretty plushies*

But you could still get them from cooking and buy them from other players, at your own pace. What *is* wrong about wanting to get a few SP? What is wrong about wanting to get a few SP over a couple of months, rather than 4 hectic weeks?
For all my checking the Plush Store every so often, I haven't caught a restock *once* since it opened. My only source of plushes has been cooking (and Kaz tossing one or two at me). But I was going to sit tight and hang on there until I got them all and could turn them in...
Can't those who collect them just for the sake of collecting them and those who want to turn them in for SP coexist? Why does the latter group have to be penalized? You didn't cancel the SP reward for the other collections either, even if some of the items can only be obtained now from other players; why should it be any different with plushes?
Sorry, but not a happy camper at all right now. :/

So in other words.... only rich people get the SP now? Those of us that can't grab them from the shop because we never see them so have to get them slowly from cooking and bones won't get SP? That's kinda unfair since we actually put more work into trying to get the collection finished.... it's bad enough that to finish a collection with a random melo potion as the prize it costs 500k+ to get 1 item from user shops (real bad since you can't win clothes from games or exploring) I'm really bummed out now.
