This very, very rare item was recently stolen from someone. How? A scamming lair partner.
Please, please, PLEASE think about who you plan to let onto your account. As Aywas gets bigger, scammers start showing up, which is unfortunately what one user experienced tonight. A nice, friendly user was really a scammer - and stole all the rare items off their "new partner"'s account.
Your BIGGEST defense against scammers is to look at the activity of the person you're considering let onto your account. How long have they been involved in the community? Do they make contributions - pet colors, suggestions, wearables, etc? When did they register? Do they have things of value (customs, custom HA items, etc) that they wouldn't want to lose by scamming?
Let's face it - if you have nice things, someone will want to take them from you. Don't let it happen. Make sure that the person you're planning on trusting doesn't seem like someone who is obviously not up to par with you, riches wise. If you have a lot of nice things, they should too. Otherwise, who's to say they won't steal yours?
Lair partners can make Aywas a better, more personal game for both players. But you need to make sure you look at how trustworthy, based on activity, that person is. That way you have a better net to filter out the scammers.

There's a good reason why Neopets doesn't let people share accounts.

You know, it's pretty sad that people would go to such and extent to steal something on a game. I mean, I love aywas! But to do that? That's just... no.

Darn idiot!!! May his/her soul rot in the fissures. (xD) And when they get tossed down the waterfall, hit every rock on the way down! I feel horrible for the poor person who got scammed. (And I doubt that person had made a rash decision either) I wish there is something I could donate... or do to help!

Oh man. That really sucks. D: Whoever got their things stolen, if there's anything I can do to help you out please let me know? I might not have such great things, but it's terrible that someone would do something like that and I want to help the victim out even if it's just a little bit.

I'm seriously confused about what the scammer thinks their getting by.. scamming :S
Surely a button is pressed and they no longer have the item and then therefore total fail befalls them? Seems a lot of effort on their end in order to get nothing..
Anyhow I hope everything got sorted for the person involved, it must be pretty disheartening to put your trust into someone only to have it thrown back in your face :(

I feel really bad for the person who had this happen to them. And this is why I'm glad I don't share my account.

That is so sad. I have had so many nice people help me. I do not understand how anyone could do that to the aywas community.
