So the lightning had struck out our internet power-box 4 days ago and we just got it fixed the night before Friday. So Friday we get home after school in the evening and the lightning strikes again. Exactly as before (it was a morning strike of lightning the previous time) and fries the power-box again (leaving me without internet)
The strange thing about it is it's just thundering without any lightning and then there is the sudden flash and it kills our power-box. There is more lighting after that, but all of it's so faraway we don't even hear the precluding thunder with the windows open.. though it does pour. It's very strange.
yay for late post because of the Friday event. boo.

This didn't happen to me, but my parents' first date was one Friday the 13th which was also good Friday.... They've been married for 19 years now and that's where I came from. :)

alright well on friday the 13th i JUST started my wellbutrin prescription for the first time. it's sort of a stimulant, and often raises people's libidos. i heard that i might have vivid sex dreams as a side effect... i was really excited for this side effect actually. but instead i dreamt about FOOD. YEAH how typical lol i'm such a foodie. so i was in a college campus dining hall and i stole 3 jock bro-y WashU shirts from the lost and found (i don't go to WashU and i am very very effeminately queer lol opposite of a bro pretty much.) then i was getting blueberries/grapes/watermelon, and vanilla froyo in a paper cup. then for some reason i was adding chocolate milk to this concoction but then i spilled it onto their carpet. i was just wiping it up with paper which worked miraculously (it looked like i had steam-cleaned the area) but then the workers came to clean it with a cleaning fluid and the chocolate milk stains turned BRIGHT GREEN wat. why did WashU have a carpeted dining hall anyway?
so that's not "real life" but it was really vivid lol.
and IRL we played drinking games to Friday the 13th III. pretty funny... (PS I'm 21, don't drink underage gaise trololololol)

Well, yesterday; my friends and I had some plans to play D&D (we're pretty nerdy) but some of our friends weren't going to be there till 9 because it was opening night for sweeny todd, their school musical, and they were actors in it. So while we were waiting, we decided to watch zombieland, which is a pretty awesome movie. At this one part in the movie, the characters decided to make a fort, and thinking aloud I had said "I wanna make a fort". One of my friends then said "We should make a fort!" and so we did, except it was an absolutely horrible fort that kept on falling apart. Then some of our friends who weren't coming till later, had arrived (These aren't the sweeny todd friends). One of them was declared an official fort maker, so while everyone redid the fort, I hung out under there, pointing out spots where the blankets sagged.
After our sweeny todd friends came home, we played D&D in the fort, and it ended up being really really hot under there, so we opened up some windows. At 1:40 (which is pretty early to end our session) we decided to stop and go to sleep, so we did. The whole night I was worried about bumping my friend's head with mine, or accidentally kneeing someone else's head (which didn't end up happening), when I should have been worrying about being cold--which I was.
I had fun though. Whats wrong with a bunch of young adults playing in a fort? Nothing!
Oh! I also named it "Casa de Fort" and it was awesome.

I guess nothing "weird" but if it counts for anything, my birthday was yesterday. xD. Went to ABC store (for those of you who know what they are =p ) and they played a joke on me saying I had to wait 24 hours to purchase anything and thennnn they were like JK Happy Birthday! IDK it wasn't weird but it made my day because I would have been upset otherwise. =p

I got a 100 on my mid-semester math test. 8D The scores came out on Friday, haha.
But does that count as strange? o_O

One of my teachers went on vacation, without telling anyone, and there were no Sub's available. So for one whole period we got free time (with the Vice Principal watching over us). o3o
Not really strange, but it certainly was fun. :3
