As for something weird, I passed a math final even though I failed on every assignment, and I saw lightning during the day when there were no clouds. Does that count as weird?

I was closing a door in one room and as soon as I closed it I heard the one in the other room open. o_e

My sister called me out of the blue and said she wanted to give me something. Within twenty minutes she had drove 30 miles and handed me a happy meal box. In it was a kitten. No asking. She just handed it to me and ran off into the car and drove away.
I DON'T EVEN LIKE CATS. I OWN A BUNCH OF RATS. WHY? Still, I have really started to like her. Maybe it was the curse of Friday the 13th.

Today I had to go rescue my sister because her car broke down. We eventually figured out that the battery died because the lights stayed on- the car won't let us turn off the lights... Kind of weird, and definitely unlucky.

Ah, i love Friday the 13th. I've had nothing but interesting Luck on Friday the 13th.
On Friday the 13th, oh it must of been last year I was walking to a friends house. It was August, and blazing hot out. We were planning on going to a movie, maybe get something to eat (pizza in the mall food court, etc). Unfortunately I had no money, and felt guilty about relying on such a good friend (and her parents). But I wanted to hang out anyways. So I was walking there, and I approached a crosswalk. I looked both ways, and there was traffic, but a truck stopped for me. I nodded in thanks and head across only to catch, at the corner of my eye, another, smaller car heading up the shoulder. They whizzed right in front of me, so close my arm got clipped by the side mirror. The truck driver was pissed and honked, but I just thanked my lucky stars and finished walking across. Only two blocks away from my friends house I caught sight of something fluttering, caught underneath a bush. It looked familiar so I crouched down and worked it free. It was a fifty dollar bill, dirty but whole caught in the bush.
First I almost get hit by a car but then I find a fifty, enough to treat my friend and myself. That's what i call a good day. I didn't even know it was Friday the 13th until I told my friends and she brought the date up. 8D Hope you enjoyed the strange true story. Sometimes my life is just too weird.

A local radio station was having a "pay to play" day (basically, a fundraiser where if you purchase a ticket for a prize, you could have any song played on the radio) and Jason's theme from the Friday the 13th movie came on the airwaves. Needless to say, I was highly amused.
