TOS Update - 5/13/2011

Rules

I have updated the TOS to clarify, combine similar texts, add in rules that were publicized on the forums and the news, and in general make it less redundant to read.

It's still pretty redundant, but... oh well. >_>

tl;dr:
- combined redundant sections to make new sections like Safety and Minors
- no trading for Real Life items, which has been a rule but wasn't in TOS
- clarified cheating, scamming, and glitches section and combined it with password scamming section
- placed rule about letting the page load in TOS as it's been in the news multiple times
- updated spamming rule to include posting the same message to multiple people/begging people to join a site
- no trading to a site that lets you trade their stuff for Real Life money or objects, a rule that was on the forums

Slash, users can still sell artwork in terms of jewelry and charms (that they make) for Aywas-related currency, right? ;o - Mauri

I think it's funny how the tl;dr is longer than what came before it, but I'll read it. ^^

If it's hand-made and original, it counts as artwork.

Butwait....Should I take down the board I have up where I'm selling a real life plush+ other handmade Aywas related craft items then? *originally you had told me I could sell them, so now I'm confused*

Users may sell original, hand-made artwork, graphics, sculptures, knitting, cross-stitching coding, writing, etc. for real life currencies provided they do not contain any official Aywas artwork.

So...Can we still sell Aywas-related stuff like that for site currenncy, or no?
You have me so confused now. XD

What do you mean by 'letting the page' load? *confused* ^^;

I can answer that one^^ He means no rapid-clicking on games (like slots) and no using the F5 key.
