Happy Winter Festival! It has begun!

If you're not prepared for the Winter Exotic Festival, fear not, you have a few more hours remaining until the sale begins! Unless you are already prepared and want the initial madness over with, then oh no, we still have a few more hours left! For those who haven't window-shopped yet, feel free to take a look over the Event Exotics box!
Now for those who may be completely new to the whole thing, welcome to your first Exotic sale! These sales happen twice a year, and during these special times, when you spend USD during the specified dates, you will gather credit that can be used to collect special tiers via the Collect Bonus page. Each day, the amount needed to collect an egg to claim an exotic pet will go down until the final day when your special credit will carry into your normal credit for you to then use on the sale's tiers! Exciting, right? While a news post will detail the next day's goodies, you can read an overview of what will happen and when here.

The Aymas sales will also begin tonight, so don't forget to check out the shops as well! If you're spending USD during the sale, for every purchase of $10 or more, you will receive a nice little package. You can sit it on your wallet to block out its cri--I mean, you can send them to a friend! Yay!
An important note regarding rollover:
You won't be seeing your daily notifications immediately; they will be approximately 30 to 60 minutes late due to the exotic frenzy!

For those of you who haven't been here for a Mayday or Black Friday, this is one of our largest sales of the year. The "Special Credit" is obtained by making USD purchases during the set times, so from Thursday the 13th at 11pm until Monday the 17th at 11:59pm. After that any remaining special credit will turn into normal credit, and the tiers may change!
We have some truly stunning pets available for you in the Event Exotics box.
Along with the exotics we have our yearly Aymas sale where you can grab some of those items you've been waiting for all year!
The Aymas Hub is also live! The link can be found under the Community tab as always. You can see we are doing another special package with purchases!
These unique packages are obtained when you spend $10 on USD purchases, and cannot be opened by you! You must send this package to someone else under the Aymas Tree, and on December 25th when it is opened it will be an unwrapped present and will be usable by the recipient!
In the 2018 package you can find a wide array of goodies, including a brand new scratch card we will tell you a bit about later, and the popular Baby Reindeer SSC; The Reindeer Bell.
It's been a work in progress for a while now but they're finally ready, SCAV PSDs! We have complied all the PSDs we were able to find and are listed in this knowledge base article as well as images of the PSDs we still need. If you have one of the missing PSDs, please PM it to Chelle (#7310) and we'll get it uploaded to KB for everyone to have access to! Special thank you to SG (#36207) for the coding.

The weather outside is frightful, but the pets are so delightful!

I am sure that you all noticed the mass amount of new plushies uploaded of the past week! I am happy to announce that the Plush Series 11 Box has been fully stocked and is ready to open! You will receive 1 random plushie from it! The Plush Talisman has also been updated to hold the new Series of plushes.
Over the next week we will be handing out the plushes to the owners, so keep an eye out for the notification! If we didn't upload your plushie please bump your PM with me so I can try to find it.
Note: These are from Black Friday 2017, we had sold the kit with thread and the individuals with the pets submitted a thread to get their pet made. We will definitely be doing more kits like this in the future (less for sale though, so a smaller box).
You will be able to find the Series 11 Box for sale in the Holiday Sale on the 15th, as well as the Plush Talismans! Just remember, the Plush Talismans can give you any previous Plush Series as well!
Now, of course, it's not just a new month - it is the beginning of Aymas!
The Advent started giving you presents today, and we've brought back an old favourite...
Oh yes! The Holiday Forest is back! In part because the Holiday Lane still smells like fish...
We know people love this area and have wanted to see it come back, so it's with us once again. The items you can pick up come from across the years - a couple very old ones, and some that are more familiar to many of our users.
At the moment the area is populated with some older Aymas pets for you to collect if you want a few more of your old favourites, or if you're new and are discovering them for the first time! They will be in the Forest until at least next weekend, so snap them up while you can!
Icicles are back!
As you can see, to your left the Icicle widget is back to keep track of how many you find while you adventure in the Holiday Forest.
Icicles are the currency that will be used in the Seasonal Shop when it opens towards the end of the month - so make sure you spend some time wandering the forest to make sure you can pick up the goodies later.

Monthly HA Contest

The festive season has begun - and so we're going to have a quick sleigh ride through the HA contest to see what frosty creations we can make!
The contest is for our usual stock 1+ months, to be replaced with the next HA contest winner.
Eligible entries will be put into a poll on December 8th, and the colouring thread opened December 10th. It's going to be a quick poll to give you lovely artists a chance to get lots of colouring done!
The final vote will start on December 23rd to be released on the 25th!
Can we crank it all out for an Aymas release?
Bases to be submitted in the usual place - I look forward to seeing what you submit!
