"You can now call me a Kityip!"
The hybrid previously known as a Bunyip has been renamed to Kityip, per a community suggestion, since the original unintentionally shared a name with a mythical creature from Aboriginal/Australian mythology. Our apologies for any confusion or upset this might have caused, as the name was purely meant to be a bunny/fox combo, and was not intended as a cultural slight, and was an oversight on our part.
Thank you for the feedback as always! We hope everyone can enjoy this new hybrid. :3

More Spooky Treats!

A new Museum Collection has appeared!
Our curator now seems to be looking for the following 10 gatherables from the Spooky Forest:
In exchange for them, you will receive an Antique Cauldron:
You will need this item to participate in our Cauldron custom feature, which will be opening during the last week of the month. If you are not able to claim a custom from the feature, don't worry! The Antique Cauldron will be transformed into an "openable" goodie bag item for you to enjoy. :3 More details about the Cauldron custom feature will be revealed as we near the end of the month.
Oh, and to spruce up the scenery in the Spooky Forest while you're busy hunting down those collectables...
... we've added 20 new pets for you to catch!
(I'm almost done with accepting pets from the Halloween Submission thread but am not quite finished yet. I hope to wrap that up within the next few days, and will make an announcement when this is complete.)

Apples & Leaves

Oooh, apples!
I have a few new apple-themed goodies to share with you today. :3
The Apple Harvester Kernal and Applewood Unus can now be found in the Annoying Item Bazaar in exchange for some abundant items.
You can now detect the pleasant scent of apples in the Trash for Treasure shop, where you will find the Applewood Arion and Apple Harvest Cheve.
Two of our more elusive apple-y critters are the Apple Farmer Suune and Apple Koaf, which aren't located in adventure or stocking in a shop. Potions, eggs, etc. will help you out -- or maybe the Halloween King will be kind enough to grant you one? Make sure you're visiting him each day this month!
I will also be starting a few raffles momentarily, so get ready to throw some leaves!

New Stock for the Pet Shop!
Pets
As some of you may have noticed, my Exotic Pet Emporium has received a new stock of pets! They're eager and awaiting new loving owners!
In case you weren't aware, the Pet Shop is on a stock rotation schedule with the stock changing every 3 months. After the 3 months, the pets currently in stock will be permanently retired and a new stock will replace them. So get them while you can!
If you want to have the chance of getting a design of yours into the pet shop, go ahead and submit them to the Pet Coloration Submissions forum. Most of the submitted designs will be put into Adventure, but some random designs will be kept to go into the pet shop!
If your design is now in the pet shop please contact Kyu (#1010) for your free copy. That's right, if your design is accepted and put in the shop you get a free copy. That could save you a good amount of BP!

October Incoming!

OCTOBER IS BREEDING SEASON!!
It's the quarterly BREEDING SEASON! Which means we have some new hybrids to introduce:
Bunyip (Orimi x Lepu) ...... Ostri (Raffi x Reve)
Some of the usual suspects for Breeding Season have cycled back into the GP Shop. If you have GP burning in your pockets, come check them out!
Need to pick up some GP? Now's a great time to do it, as some stacking bonuses have rolled out. They are all listed on the Purchase GP page.
The GP Shop will cycle out its breeding season items on October 8th, 11:59 PM. The stacking purchase bonuses will be available until October 31, 11:59 PM.
WHO'S THE HALLOWEEN KING?
The Halloween King wants your loyalty!
Come visit him every day in October to have your active pet changed into a pet you do not currently have in your collection. Great and FREE for all of you pet collectors out there who are looking to increase your collection completion percentages!
