Hot job! Or cold? It's autumn after all.
Site Update
Ever wanted to make some really funky mutated babies for the site? We currently have great need for some more RBC artists right now, so this is a call to those interested in mashing babies together for fun -- and science! The occasional fluke needs to be created too (but really, why would anyone want something normal anyhow? Mutants reign supreme...!) so we'd like well-rounded candidates that can also do metal colorations for the less odd offspring.
You can find the application here, in the Breeding Chat forum. Just send an email app to [email protected] to be considered. No deadline! Remember that this is also a GP paid position.
You are also welcome to bump your applications if previously sent, though newer art might be the best examples for us!
Mauri and I are excited for some new blood in the RBC force... :D

Welcome to the month of November!
From brilliant ideas to brilliant colors, the GP Shop pets continue to inspire!
And the beautiful BP Shop pets keep the creativity going as natural muses!
If you colored one of these awesome pets, please contact Kyu (#1010) for your payment!
Make sure to include your PayPal address if you are opting for the USD option.
We will also be collecting pet PSDs directly from the thread, so you no longer have to send them in. However, please make sure you keep the links active for two weeks (at least until mid-November) so we have time to snag 'em for science!
The Essence of November 2014 is a nod to National Novel Writing Month!
Using this potion on your active pet will randomly change it into one of the colorations above. Try your hand at some ink and see what happens!
For the premium monthly item, we have a Canvas Tote. We're still filling up all of the bags to give out, so I will let you know when it's ready! (Should be tomorrow.)

- New Raw pets are on their way! Congratulations to the "Condyl" and the moss deer concepts, our poll winners. :3 However, considering how close the races were, we'll also be in contact with designers of some other popular concepts!
- More polls are coming up on a variety of topics, so keep an eye out from posts by me asking for your thoughts on monthly essence themes, advent prizes for December, and more!
In case you missed it:
- We now have a GCC Design Showcase!
- The Welcome Back Page has returned as well! It now loads over twice as many customs as it did previously, but still needs some sprucing up.
- We also have a new, rough idea for Teo releases. As Slash outlined below, we are thinking of releasing Teo eggs through random events upon loading the page, meaning you can find one during normal, everyday play. Unlike the floating item events in the past that awarded the item to the fastest player, the Teo egg would only show up for the person that "rolled" the lucky page.
- In a minor update, the top layout search no longer loads an error when you click on a pet after searching with it.
