The prizes for NaNoWriMo 2014 have arrived!
Below you will find this year's stackable reward tiers:
Tier: 1,000 Words
Library Card - collectable/souvenir for participating.
Tier: 5,000 Words
Book Bag - this is a magical bag with 5 charges, and each will yield a random pet from these 5 possibilities:
Above is an Avid Reader Reve, Fairytale Unus, Fountain Pen Drazi, Writer Monaku, and Written Reet.
(If you get duplicate pets, I'm sure other people will be looking to trade! :3)
Tier: 10,000 Words
Archives Trunk - contains an 8-piece HA set.
You can see what all of the pieces look like through the Preview Wardrobe option!
Tier: 25,000 Words
Eraser, Leather-bound Shield, and Gold Ink - all are Adventure weapons/defense items. Read their descriptions for full stat details.
Tier: 50,000 Words+
Classic Book - unlocks the forum title Literary Master.
Magical Bookmark - a cute fauna!
Book Nook - a brand new site theme! You can preview it here. This theme has also been added to the Knowledge Base.
Remember, the prizes are stackable, so if you wrote 10k words, you will get everything from the Library Card to the HA set. If you wrote 50k+ words, you'll get all of the prizes listed above!
The prizes will be handled by Deja (#1163).
You can also contact her if you want any of your threads moved or taken off of the site.

I hope everyone got what they wanted, and the winners of the happy families contest had a special holiday this year due to winning the contest :)
Why don't you share in this news post the coolest thing you got this year? It doesn't matter it was on Aywas or real life, just tell us your favorite present! We want to hear the coolest thing you got.
The Holiday Teo Eggs will become available exactly at midnight in the bonus tiers. A new bonus item has been added to the tiers to bridge the gap between the 50-Tier and the upcoming 100-Tier.

In addition, GP purchases made from midnight on the 26th - 31st will get a free Delicious Eggnog for every $10 spent. So you gotta decide if you want to get your bonus ready for the Teos before midnight, or wait until the Eggnog bonus activates at midnight also and get your Teo then!

Holiday Teo Eggs

Have you been saving your bonus tiers? Holiday Teo Eggs will debut in the Bonus Tiers from midnight on the 26th - 29th.
26th - $100 Bonus Tier
27th - $75 Bonus Tier
28th - $50 Bonus Tier
29th - $25 Bonus Tier
As well, on the 29th, Rainbow Teo Eggs can be converted into Holiday Teo Eggs if the item owner desires to do so (provided there are Teo left to claim).
The Holiday Teo Pot is located here.
How well are you looking out for your friends? Comment here with a friend you'd like to nominate to get a Holiday Teo Egg in their stocking. They'll get to open it up on the 25th for first pick from the pot!
A handful of players will be chosen from the nominations to get an egg in their stocking.

More Holiday Lane Pets!

It's been a windy weekend, and it looks like some new pets have blown in!
An additional 20 pets have appeared on Holiday Lane!
(About half of these were added last night before I unexpectedly got called away, so you might've had a head start on the new collection. :3)
We are now finished with accepting Holiday Pet Submissions as well.

You are free to do whatever you like (keep, sell, submit to other contests) with any designs that were not accepted this time around.
