Account Recovery
Due to the large volume of emails we are receiving, it may take us a couple of days before we can recreate your account.
On February 3rd, 2013, the hard drive containing Aywas database information crash resulting in some lost of data. While it took a few days for us to get the site back online, we ended up learning that a few of our database tables no longer existed. We learn from our hosting company that back ups prior to the previous two weeks failed to occur, so we were force to recover the missing database tables with data from January 13th, 2013. Because of this, all accounts created between January 14th 2013 - February 3rd 2013 no longer exists.
If you are unable to log into your account and you created an account with us between January 14th, 2013 - February 3rd, 2013, your account no longer exists in our database. We do apologize. While your pets, items, and other information still exists on our server, just your account information is missing.
If you would like for us to recreate your account, please e-mail us at [email protected] with the user id of the account, the username you last used with the account, the e-mail associated with the account, and any other information that will help us validate the account you're trying to recover is yours.
Here are some examples that will help us validate your account:
- The ids, names, and/or images of any custom pets associated with the account
- The ids or name of any non custom pets associated with your account
- Recent purchases from either the site stores or user shops
- Details of conversations you had with other users
- Transaction IDs of GP purchases made through Paypal
- Information on your lair setup
