*looks at notecard given to him by Slash* Right, drawing contest. Apparently this first round will be a contest in which you draw one of your pets (or yourself) interacting with an Aywas NPC. That's a clickable link, by the way. *rolls eyes*
And here's the forum thread to put entries.
Anyway, this ends on October 30th. So you have two weeks to prepare yourselves for this challenge. Naturally, I'm sure you want to know the prizes, don't you?

First Place: $20 USD or 15 GP + first pick of prize pot
Second Place: $15 USD or 10 GP + second pick of prize pot
Third Place: $10 USD or 8 GP + third pick of prize pot
Prize Pot: Hybrid Custom, Common Species Custom, Shimmering Rock
*eyes prize pot* Looks like Slash is whoring out the first hybrid custom. Ah well. Enjoy the contest, addicts. *vanishes promptly*

No it's not only digital, but the chances of my watercolors beating out an awesome piece of photoshopped/tablet drawn/heaven sent/amazingness is slim XD

Not necessarily. Traditional Media has something rather cool about it, and I've seen some really good pieces done that way (I'm actually debating right now as to whether to use colored pencils or the computer for mine =/).

I feel the same BlackCat. We can do it! XD I'll get out my drawing tools if only to make a fool of myself.. but.. first I need blank paper. o_o -Just moved and has no idea where it is. xD-
