Querel noticed that no one seemed to laugh, not even the zombie that was wrestling five Bootato at once.
"Well, uh, so, it was a little difficult to do since those two used the contents, but I made a vaccine. I'm going to give it to everyone who isn't infected first, because some of you seem really excited about turning everyone green and mushy. Plus, I know some you were plotting to try and stop me from making it," he continued, staring directly at a select few of the infected.
After vaccinating the remaining uninfected Aywans, Querel said, "Now go on, be free, go get your revenge and turn them back into the probably-normal humans that they are."
The tides have turned - leave no Aywan uncured!

Question, does this mean uninfected cannot be infected now? I saw someone become infected after this post went up, so I am confused.

It looks like the vaccine is flawed.
I've been reinfected so many times, it's exhausting trying to keep two bars full while the Infected only have one easily-recharged bar to worry about.
Just a thought.
Maybe do some additional testing on that vaccine, lol.
Oooooooor maybe anyone who was Infected can be Reinfected, but anyone who was inactive enough to be Uninfected can now stay Uninfected?? Sure sucks to have been active early on, if so, haha.
