"All right, way to go!" Rowan grinned enthusiastically. "I hope you all had fun! I know pulling up flowers all day can't be the most exciting thing, but it means a great deal to me that you're willing to go through all of that for the sake of our wedding. Don't tire yourselves out too much, okay?"

Energized by her team's victory, Rowan turned and walked off to see if she can send some of those good vibes over to Minerva.

Congratulations to Rowan's Team for winning the first challenge! Both teams will now be able to take a short break until the next challenge, which will begin at 6:30 AM AST on April 11th! Feel free to rest, strategize with your team, or return to your usual Aywas activities until then!

For those who may be worried, the Snapdragon will not be used as the shop currency this year, so feel free to throw them all into the challenges without worrying about holding onto anything!

You might be questioning how Rowan's team was able to win with less points. This event, the staff are trying out a score system dependent on the amount of members on a team vs. comparing total scores. This way, it should be equally as difficult for both teams to achieve victory! Total points divided by number of members on a team gives us a score, and they were very close this time around....we can't wait to see what happens in the next challenge :)

I'm glad for the new system. Points divided by players is a fair way to do it. Cheers!

Can registration to be on teams be opened again for next round? That way more people can join?

Aywas Official (#2) Would it be possible that we can see what the comparative score is? So we actually have some idea of where we're at? I don't mind this system! And I do my best either way! It'd just be nice to know what the ACTUAL score is, you know?

I agree with Tyger. Real time numbers so to speak would be lovely bc otherwise the score is kind of useless to see since its not accurate to if the team is actually ahead or not.

Minerva has 197 users on her team and Rowan has 158 users on her team. We took the final totals of each and divided them by the number of users on each team to see how many "each" user had donated (Minerva's was 9,031/197=45.8 this time, Rowan's was 7,407/158=46.8, so it was a pretty close race! "/" is the division sign in my equations!).

A small explanation of when the Snapdragon colors change will also be added to the next challenge's news post!

Aw man, I forgot about this till the end, but when I joined, it looked like Minerva's team was winning. XD Well, sorry Team Minerva, I let you down, I only got you 10 napkins. :P

Kita (#3988) - That's helpful, thank you! Though I do still think having it on the page would be better, at least now I can do a quick guess! :D

Since the score is resetting .. I would really love to be able to join. Missing out on the whole event is a real bummer.
