Querel has been slaving away to clean up the Event and Seasonal shops while everyone else was handing out candy, and at long last the shutters have been rolled up, the doors unlocked... and the new Halloween stock put on display!
The Seasonal Shop is your destination if you want to spend your candy! Inside you'll find all manner of ghoulish delights and seasonal wonders in the form of new pets for you to collect!
The Event Shop is where you go to spend all your Bootatoes! Here you'll find delicious treats, friendly foes, and some new clothes to warm up your toes in this all item shop!
The shops, Spooky Forest, and Trick or Treat will continue to be live until Sunday November 3rd. We highly recommend you try to get everything by the end of Saturday so you don't miss out - Sunday will be for last minute grabs while waiting for us to deconstruct the event.
You've been warned!
Now, I know the next question people have is... where are the new linearts?
I know there will be some disappointed faces in the crowd when we say that there are none this year, but we have plans.
We're not going to release new linearts for Halloween or Aymas this year, but next year we're going to make up for it.
For 2020 only, we will be releasing one special lineart each for Valentines, Halloween, and Aymas - and you get to choose the genus.
Not only that, but you will get to choose 2 Hybrids and 1 Rare genus!
Closer to the time we'll put up a poll and explain how it's going to work, but for now you can start putting on your thinking caps to see how you are going to vote!

Shouldnât the shops be open a week? 4 days for that seems like itâs gonna be rushed for a lot of people

Ok, so something I absolutely hate is blind hunting. I don't want to over hunt/under hunt. I always seem to under hunt. I now have less than a week to finish getting what I need? You need to open the shops up when the event starts. Not wait until the last, and not even give us a full week. I always hate that about Aywas holidays. I want to know what I'm hunting for early. Not at the last.

I'm surprised at how expensive the Bootato shop items are. I've barely been able to find any adventuring so I'm not even able to get everything I want from the shop. :/
It would be nice to have a way to trade Candy for Bootatos since I have SO much Candy leftover after getting all of the pets.

All Hallows Eve (#2775) I like it better when specific times are given....so, can we assume that the shops, etc. are technically scheduled to close on Saturday, Nov. 2nd at 11:59pm and then they'll actually close "sometime" on Sunday when the Staff is able to get to it?

Oh jeebus, I didn't know the candy currency shop was just pets. I have so much of that so I was hoping for some cute clothes and fauna. I barely got any Bootatos. T-T
