Prediction Pool Party

Site Update

Friendly reminder that you have until tomorrow, October 15th at 11:59 PM AST (the clock up in the top corner of the Aywas page!) to submit your predictions for PPP perks.

Predictions that are rejected for legitimate fixes will receive 3 days from the date their breeding is rejected to resubmit with fixed predictions.
- Predictions that are submitted purposefully to be rejected (ex. like submitting a blank base without the proper add-on, or an offspring with no marking/edit mixes for LBC) will not receive an extension.
- If your prediction is rejected on 10/16, you have until 11:59 at 10/19 to upload a fixed image.

Oh, also!
If you have a Holiday Breeding Coin that needs to be processed, you must post it in the HBC Prediction Check thread! Otherwise it will not be processed!

So is there someone we need to contact regarding our sketch or PMBC predicts to have those processed? I submitted my PMBC's a while ago, and haven't heard anything about those...

Of you have any that aren't processed in the next few hours, PM me, I have a pile of around 150+ in all the queues I've been handling since noon and I'm still doing so, though Sketch I did first so they should be all processed? I'll take a look once I hit the end of painted.

The sketch I just submitted, so that isn't one I'm terribly concerned about at the moment. With the others, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to post somewhere that they were done or not. It's been a while since I made any predicts for myself, lol

What if someone rolls for an extra Xaoc baby on this last day? Would that also get a three day grace period? Otherwise it'll have to be horribly rushed!

Youve had a month, since September 15th, to ask for a roll on a breeding. Unless one of the elves hasn't responded to messages for a full month (which, if that is the case, please pm me with the pm ID) there are no extensions for rolls.

But a couple of them are only rolled when predicts are submitted, right? Like LBC or HBC? So it's quite possible to get a last minute thing, as of right now I am waiting for an lbc predict roll. I mean, the odds are low obviously but I would not have time to do anything for it.

That is a possibility, but the October 15th deadline IS the extension. PPP ended on September 15th, so we will not be offering any more extensions other than October 15th.

I was going to ask about the xaoc roll....Because I have been waiting on my HBC predicts for quite a bit of time, but I can't ask for a roll til predicts are uploaded....But I can't upload them til they are done. If I could have, I would have asked for a roll the second the artist accepted my commission. I realise the Oct 15th is an extension, but I'm at the mercy of my artist. Is this something that can then be explored in future years? Because I knew from the start I would be getting two babies from my HBC...hence why I had both of them rolled for rare and non-rare. I was committed at that point. Is there a possibility of looking into something like that? Because I would have loved the opportunity for an edited Xaoc.

The extension is nice but i think if you're waiting on an admin roll you should be given a few more days for your extra. I know, personally, once I submit my stuff for an admin to have to upload (due to the user being banned) I'd hate to overall lose anything extra just having to wait since predicts need to be uploaded before hand. Perhaps giving 3 days as well, since that is the bounce-back time would be pretty fair

And yes, it can be due to poor timing and 'You should have gotten them done a bit ago.' but real life isn't always like that. If it's not given more time than it's fine, but give or take different reply times users just may not have had a chance to begin with.
