As some of you have found out on your own and/or have seen from the scattered posts among the bugs, help, and admin forums... a few of the recent items currently aren't working.
These said items are...
-Random Rogr Potion*
-Dawn Crystal*
-Metal Crystal*
-Bottled Spring*
-Orange Crystal*
-Flame Crystal*
-Breeding Coin
-Gold Sprinkler
The items marked by a * are items that can be fixed by Slash and will hopefully be working again here soon. Everything else unfortunately has to be fixed by the coders themselves. Now that we actually know the reason for the problem with why these items no longer work we can help prevent this from happening again in the future.
On another note, my last news post asked for some suggestions on how to judge contests. I got a few PMs and some comments on the post... but I got an overwhelming amount of suggestions for actual contests rather than how to hold them. Two contests that were mentioned to me were a Photography Contest and a Crafting Contest. What are your thoughts on these? How should we judge them? Obviously any contest we hold that isn't based on luck or isn't random only caters to certain groups of people. Any ideas for other types of contests we can hold? How could we go about doing this?

I guess for the photograph contest we can judge them: whats the picture about, does it have any meaning behind it. We can hold categories for people to try and enter, for example, nature, city, religion, friends, love, etc.

I guess you should do different categories. It would make the entries easier to judge.

Photography should definitely be split into categories.
On a side-note I would die for a photography contest =p *rips out still beatign heart, and hands to slash*

I think for the photography contest you can give a category and judge on relation with the category , the picture itself and originality. Maybe you could use several judges who gives point for each part and put that together :p sorry if it's not clear , it's hard for me to explain in English :P

I think we should vote for reliable Judges that won't participate in the contest but judge instead and get some kind of compensation or trophy for being a judge. No two judge can be the same in a different contest. So the judges in the last contest aren't the judges of the new contest.
