No matter what aywas will always be aywas because of the awesome people like slash that care so much about the site. I love it here and I am sure the members will support you the best we can.

I have to say, I'm amazed at how well Slash has handled things. Especially when most sitemasters would have been asking members for funds for that sort of thing. It's a terrible thing to have happened but it's great that it's been handled so well.

Agreed. If you pay someone to get X then they should deliver X, not Y. Failure to deliver means compensation, which should at least mean a partial refund. We're here for yoo.

Hang on Slash - in a few days, weeks, months, etc. this will all start to bother you less and less. I hate it when I spend money on something that I realize isn't worth it in the end (like two desktops Khia and I spent $1,000 each on which have both fried within two years)... but you really have no choice but to bite your tongue and keep moving.
Like everyone has said: small claims court, research, and contracts. That's your best hope.
