Amazon Payments removed

Site Update

This is a notice that we have removed the Amazon Payments option to purchase GP and USD Items. They have decided to suspend our new account with the money in it. Suffice to say, I am not impressed with this action.

It may return if they reverse the suspension, but in the end I feel like Aywas has been treated much better by PayPal the last six years.

UPDATE: Amazon has reinstated the account and explained it was a typical account review suspension due to high volume.

Just saw this on your tumblr and it really sucks to see how this company who is trusted by many and their lack or action to the situation and the lack of support/help

It's just frustrating because it took us months to code the script to get it working, and we had so much trouble along the way with it, and then when we finally get it working they just decide to freeze the account with all the new money on it.

Another charge-back issue? (and is this the same as the old ones?)

:(

Exactly, I really understand the frustration and with recent charge back and all the other nonsense it seems that instead of helping they just close down everything. I would Atleast try an appeal but not sure at this point Amazon will let up. I find with PayPal they do a lot more in regards to these situations. Again truly sorry for all the crap your going through

IDK about Amazon Payments but Paypal services are pretty good.

I just like Amazon Payments because most of the money I spend on Aywas is made on Mechanical Turk, and with the Amazon Payments option I don't have to withdraw my earnings and wait 3-5 days before I can spend it... most of my purchases are impulse buys, and I literally never have any money in my bank because I only withdraw from Mechanical Turk if I have to use it to help pay bills

This is totally lousy of Amazon :/ they are losing any respect I have for them, how can they pull such a move on you? Isn't there any way to take action against them? They should at least warn you of a problem first :(

Is Amazon pulling a prank or something? This is some seriously lacking user support imho :/ And after all the effort you guys put into coding this! T.T
