The Scarl, a new genus that has not been formally released yet, is seeking 50% edited uncolored designs for its associated feature. This is a job that expires January 31.

For the Scarl edits, if we are not on the GCC Team, we need to submit blue level designs we have done in the past to you before we can try to submit Scarl designs right? Or am I reading that wrong?
