You can go to World -> Standing Stones, and use the platinum breeding coin to breed -any- two pets together. customs, site pets, anything that is breedable. Platinum breeding coins are the highest quality of breedings, and there are special artists just for them. The two pets will be taken into consideration to make a brand new pet with lines unlike anything on the site, usually an SCC-level pet.
While making the request to breed the two pets, you can use the "Life Seed" add-on to make sure you get a second pet from the breeding. Then, you can use the two similar pets to register in the silver database, where you can have a new species with founders, and either sell psd uses, or use items like tiny silver potions to make more of the species.

Mitsu (#60248) You got insanely lucky, congrats!!! Not just that you got a PBC and Life Seed but that you won it with only SIX tickets o.o There very well could've been someone with over 80 tickets, so I hope you take it as an omen for the year to come! ^_^

Its a highly desired combination of items. As i said, you can breed -any- two breedable pets and make a species that's 'founded' so you can keep making more (if you use the life seed).
