Unfortunately at this time the queue is still non-functional, and as the coders aren't quite sure where the disconnect has happened we don't have an estimated time at which it will be fixed.
As far as I am aware the data is safe and will be unaffected, but if anyone is worried then you can safely cancel your full size request and receive the item back to resubmit when the queue is functional =)
We apologise that this is taking so long to resolve and we hope that the queue will return soon.
It seems that just as we were wanting to update you folks, the coders found the magical button *chuckles*
Full size custom queue should be operating as normal.

Eveglori (#2775) is it better to pull the requests and just wait? Or is it safe to leave requests up? (so one doesn't forget in my case x.x heh)

Is there any way you could do this manually?
Surely there can't be that many requests... Like, PM ModeratorX(#???) with the link, image, and send them the item?

Erithan (#49253) - I honestly don't think there would be a problem leaving them up, but as I said if you feel wobbly about it then cancelling and sitting on the Enhancements until it's fixed is completely safe to do (I checked it out myself by submitting and cancelling a few times and never ran into any issues ^^)
ragdoll (#12461) - Unfortunately that wouldn't be a viable option at this time. As I said, we hope it will be resolved soon, and until then it's best to just be patient =)
