Now that we have had some time to analyze the content submitted through the window, PLBC predicts are now allowed until further notice.
Also, due to lack of use, the PMBC shops are being discontinued. PMBC predicts will be handled the same as PLBC - you may commission an artist for your predict and submit it without the use of a Painted Pen.
Please be sure to observe the predict ceilings:
PLBC: $4 USD (via Paintbrushes) or 8 GP
PMBC: $3 USD (via Paintbrushes) or 6 GP

Would it be possible to get a $3 and $4 paintbrush put into the USD shop? Right now there isn't really an easy way to pay for them using paintbrushes.

OMG that is a brilliant idea Kagemi. And thanks Eve!! I really really like the idea of the smaller paintbrushes. This will make a LOT of things onsite easier, when you want something extra special...but don't have the money for a gold brush.

Do we still use painted pens for PMBC commissions we ordered before the change took place? I ordered mine last month but still i'm waiting on the predict or will I need to come to a new agreement with the artist?

They took the kickback off PLBCs a while back, when the official artists realized they were getting kickbacks. So yeah Unicorn :D No Revie..the Pens now..if I read right...are for choosing your artists with PLBCs. I don't know if they can now be used to pick an official artist from the PMBC team :o

OMG PMBCs are no longer nerfed. I can see the market picking back up for these now. THANK YOU THANK YOU.
