The number changes every time someone logs in, I think. I logged out for a while, and logged back in to find a new number. Right after I did everyone elses seemed to go up.

Slash, if this is anything like the dA term for unique visits, someone's going to be able to get 10k FAST.
If this is anything like the dA term was /meant/ to be, we won't hit 10k until we have that many members.
Also, if you're just relying on a screenshot, the screenshot could be saved, shared, 'shopped to look like the user submitting it was the original, and you'd be flooded with fake entires.
Clarifying (and cleaning it up if you can, I know you're busy) would be greatly appreciated, as I've never seen this done as a contest before, and it looks really cool.
(Btw, the time posted is messed up like crazy.)

You guys. I believe users above are correct; it doesn't matter what "number" you are, all that matters is when the counter hits 10k, you screenie it. And I'm assuming the first person who does that and sends it to Slash wins. So nobody has already lost, we still have awhile to go.
