How does one even go about designing a custom, do you just draw one ?

If the forums ever open up again you can go to "Pet Suggestions" and there are photoshop files there that you can alter - either make a custom color (see my tag), alter the lineart, add accessories, etc. Thus, a custom created ^.^

Could we submit an actual design like a drawing or coloring? As in it will be colored and then given? I'm not too sure how customs work here; and I was wondering since I don't have any good coloring programs, a tablet, or really know how to color on any program and such. :/
