Welcome to the Grasslands!
Our latest Ara location has been unlocked by a path through the Seaside, so make sure you master that region before you attempt the wide open space of the Grasslands. :3
Here are some of the souvenirs (that you'll want to collect for an upcoming museum collection) you might pick up along the way:
And here are some of the wondrous creatures you might run into on your travels:
But beware, there are monsters afoot!
Our World Map page also got a bit of an update!
The Ay map now links to Adventure locations, not Explore.
You also now have the option to click on the Ara map and visit locations that way. :3
HAVE FUN, KIDS. And don't eat the magic seeds.

...the Space Hearts Welly!
You can now take home your very own copy from the BP Shop. :3

Remember -- after 11:59 p.m. on March 31st, the Tordoka leaves Raw Crystals and the BP Shop.
Wellies will be here, as usual, until May 15th!
Keep an eye out for upcoming custom giveaways for the other Wellies. <3

Artwork Listings
New Feature
Under the Community tab you'll find a brand new feature - the Artwork Listings!
Artwork Listings
Staff has heard concerns and worries from artists about not being able to get much exposure on the forums, leading to decreased sales. The Artwork Listings is a place where you can post designs you're selling (or more creative advertisement images if you'd prefer!) with a link to the forum thread you're selling those services. Hopefully, that way buyers can find your work easier!
Art commissions, pet designs, adoptables, design commissions, predict commissions, and SCC bases and psd sales are all welcome.
Enjoy! And as always, if you notice anything glitching about it, please let us know!

New SCC Artist!
Site Update
You have a little under an hour to get last minute Welly votes in, so hop to it. :3
I am happy to announce that we have added another official silver artist to our team. Welcome, Elijah (#931)!
If you're interested in a SCC commission from an official silver artist, be sure to read the information outlined on the page above. Though, be warned: SCCs have been known to be quite addictive!

Vote for a Welly!
Site Update
It's time to vote for our next star Welly!
You guys have a hard job ahead of you, because I had a hard time just narrowing the pack down to 6. ;~;
Remember, the coloration with the most votes will become an official site pet and reside in the BP Shop.
The rest will be given away as customs in some fashion or another. n__n
To vote, please include the phrase "Welly #__" in your news post comment.
For example, if you want the first Welly, please comment "Welly #1."
#1 = bad.
Welly One = bad.
Welly1 = bad.
Welly #1 = good!
I love welly #1! = good!
1................................................2................................................3
4................................................5................................................6
If you colored one of these Wellies, don't contact Visark for your prizes just yet, we need to finish voting first!
If you entered a Welly that you don't see up here, you are free to do whatever you want with the design.
You have until March 22nd at 11:59 p.m. to cast your vote!
One vote per account.
Annnnnnd go!

Premium Monthly Item!
Site Update
Before I outright tell you what it does, maybe you can figure it out. :3
That's right! The Pickaxe will literally let you dig into the geode quarry after you have already collected your normal geode for the day. All you need to do is have the item in your inventory, and that button will appear when you have a dig available.
With the Pickaxe, you can try for an extra dig every two hours and will have a 10% chance of succeeding in harvesting a geode. (If it's not time for a new try yet, you'll get an error that says It's too dangerous to try again. Maybe you should try again later?).
Enjoy, and happy mining!
(Oh, and if your premium expired before this release, please post here to claim your Pickaxe. c:)

Art Gallery!
Contests
The art gallery has been judged!
The theme was Luck in honor of St. Patrick's Day and we received a ton of clever entries!
Here are our featured winners:
They won:
Congratulations! :3
The current theme is March for a Cause.
This is a great opportunity for you to not only use any medium you want, but to also illustrate what you're passionate about--Aywas-ified! You can do something inspired by a real world cause (cancer marches, red cross drives, shelter programs) or make up an Aywas cause (stop eating vyne salads or preserve the resources of the standing stones!).
Feel free to message me if you have any questions, and good luck!
